How to login
1. Go to LRC Catalogue (https://hkic.bywatersolutions.com)
2. Log in directly by using "Log in to your account" on the right side of home page or by clickng the upper right button.

3. Input login ID and password, then click "LOG IN".
4. After your first login, it is strongly recommended that you change your password immediately. To change your password, click “change your password” on the account page.
5. Input your required information, then click "Submit changes".
6. The message of “Your password has been changed” will be displayed after successfully changed the password.
How to reset forgotten password
1. Go to LRC Catalogue (https://hkic.bywatersolutions.com)
2. Click“Forgot your password”on the right side of home page.
2. Click“Forgot your password”on the right side of home page.
3. Enter login or email to reset password, then press "Submit".
4. An email will be sent after submission, click the link in the email to create new password.
5. Input and confirm new password, click " Submit" to complete the process of resetting forgotten password.
How to renew online
1. Go to LRC catalogue (https://hkic.bywatersolutions.com)
2. Input your login ID and password, then click "LOG IN". (Please refer to"How to Login")

3. After login, you can view your current loan item(s).
4. Select item(s) you want to renew by checking the box, then click "Renew selected" or "Renew all" .
5. For each successful renewal, the word “Renewed!” will appear together with the new due date.
6. Following item(s) is not allowed to renew :
1) Course Reserves Collection 2) Reached the maximum number of renewal (2 times)
1) Course Reserves Collection 2) Reached the maximum number of renewal (2 times)
