Support for Non-Chinese Speakers

The HKIC is dedicated to supporting ethnic minorities and non-Chinese speakers. In addition to offering courses using English as the medium of instruction, the HKIC reaches out to non-Chinese speaking individuals through various community events including career talks, neighbourhood carnivals, and job fairs. The HKIC is also committed to assisting non-Chinese speaking people adapt to local life and providing them with employment support.

Our programmes

HKIC is committed to supporting students of ethnic minorities and those who are non-Chinese speakers. Apart from offering courses conducted in English, we actively participate in events involving non-Chinese speakers, such as job fairs and career talks, to encourage their participation in the construction industry.
