In support of promoting employment opportunities of Ethnic Minorities in construction industry, HKIC Collaboration Scheme organised an Employer Seminar with the Topic of "How to enhance the integration of Ethnic Minorities in workplace" on 30 July 2021 in CIC Zero Carbon Park (ZCP). The opportunities and challenges of hiring ethnic minorities were addressed in the Seminar. The Seminar aims to offer information and support to the employers who are interested in hiring Ethnic Minorities.
