Hong Kong Construction Institute maintains close partnership with organisations to help students to progress on the dual tracks of continuing education and career.
We strive to provide students with diversified services and developmental activities to boost their confidence.
Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) has been providing quality construction training in Hong Kong for over 50 years.
To help students increase their confidence, unleash their potential, and deepening their understanding of the HKIC’s vision, mission and motto, the Student Development Department organised the "Sing and Connect" Christmas talent show on 22 December 2023 at the Sheung Shui Campus. The event provided a platform for students to showcase their musical talents, foster mutual exchange, and experience the joyful atmosphere of Christmas. Additionally, Mr Calvert Fu, a famous local singer, was invited to be a guest performer and share his valuable singing experience with the students.
The talent show also featured a Christmas lucky draw, offering a variety of exquisite gifts to participants. With the participation of over 100 students and staff, the venue was filled with enthusiasm and excitement. Apart from singing the HKIC’s anthem by the audience, students performed several classic pop songs. The talent show not only offered students an opportunity to pursue their musical dreams but also facilitated communication and mutual support among students from different courses, fostering a stronger sense of belonging to the institute.
