The New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association was invited by the Student Development Department to organise a lunchtime activity “Mobile Van for Publicity Service on Mental Wellness” at Kwai Chung Campus on 17 May 2024. Through utilising the equipment in the mobile van, students learned the techniques for muscle relaxation, mindfulness, and self-awareness, which help them to alleviate the stress from studying and work. Meanwhile, by appreciating the artistic works of people in recovery, it deepens students' understanding of mental health and promotes community inclusion.
