Baduanjin is not just about staying fit, it is a cornerstone of promoting a healthy and safe culture in the construction industry! The HKIC Baduanjin Qigong Competition 2025 successfully concluded, drawing over 60 staff and students from Kowloon Bay, Sheung Shui and Kwai Chung campuses.

Competitors gave their all in both individual and team categories, vying for the honours. This competition not only strengthened the connections between staff and students, but also raised safety awareness among industry practitioners.
