HKIC provides tailor-made training in construction and management skills based on whole person education. Choose a course and get admitted.
Hong Kong Construction Institute maintains close partnership with organisations to help students to progress on the dual tracks of continuing education and career.
We strive to provide students with diversified services and developmental activities to boost their confidence.
Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) has been providing quality construction training in Hong Kong for over 50 years.
To welcome the newly admitted students, HKIC held the "HKIC Orientation Week" at the Kowloon Bay and Sheung Shui Campuses in September 2025. This initiative aimed to help new students from the full-time long programmes quickly adapt to campus life and embrace new challenges. With the rich resources provided by the Student Development Department, including the Learning Resources Centre, student counselling services, whole person development activities, and physical training courses, students can be well-prepared right from the start.
During the orientation week, HKIC thoughtfully organised a series of engaging activities: adventure-based training day camps to challenge oneself, occupational safety education workshops to raise awareness of occupational safety, and volunteer training sessions to cultivate a passion for community service.
These orientation activities not only allowed new students to make friends and develop teamwork skills but also helped them set early learning goals, enhance their occupational safety awareness, and build capabilities for well-rounded growth.
