To foster a campus culture that prioritises construction industry safety, the Student Development Department organised the "Construction Safety Education Programme: Mosquito Control” lunchtime activity at the Kowloon Bay, Sheung Shui, and Kwai Chung Campuses from 20 to 23 October 2025. This event aimed to equip both students and staff with essential safety and health information while fostering proper occupational safety awareness.

Through engaging interactive quizzes and a hands-on workshop for creating natural mosquito repellent sprays, students deepened their understanding of mosquito prevention and associated health risks. Participants learned to identify potential hazards and acquired practical mosquito prevention techniques, translating essential safety knowledge into real-world skills.

The event drew over 100 students and staff, creating a vibrant and interactive atmosphere. We thank everyone for their enthusiastic support in safeguarding health and taking a proactive step towards a safer future!
