The Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) Football Team was honored to participate in the "CMA Sports Invitational Tournament 2025 - 7-a-side Football" organised by the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong on 26 October 26 2025. The tournament brought together strong teams from various trade associations, industry organisations, and disciplinary services, making the competition highly intense and exciting.

During the group stage, the HKIC team faced strong opponents, including the Hong Kong Customs Football Team. Although the team was eventually eliminated in the group stage, the players demonstrated remarkable resilience and a fearless spirit, earning high praise from both the spectators and their competitors.

Throughout the tournament, the team demonstrated a spirit of teamwork and unwavering determination. They also gained valuable experience and improvements in both technical skills and mental toughness. This invaluable competition experience will undoubtedly inspire the players to continue honing their abilities and striving for greater achievements for HKIC in future events.
