The Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) is committed to the whole-person development of its students. In addition to providing professional construction training, HKIC actively promotes sports participation to cultivate teamwork and a positive values among students.

After months of dedicated training, the HKIC basketball team delivered an outstanding performance in the Proud Weekday Basketball League (Season 9). Demonstrating unwavering determination and strong team cohesion, the team excelled in a series of intense matches and ultimately clinched third place in the Pride League Cup (傲聯盃) on 13 April 2026.

The competition not only enhanced students’ basketball skills and match experience, but also strengthened their confidence and perseverance in the face of challenges, contributing positively to their personal growth and well-being.
