The HKIC recently hosted the “2026 Friendly Skills Exchange Programme in Plumbing and Heating”, bringing together competitors from China, Chinese Taipei, and India to Hong Kong, to engage with our competitor and share professional expertise and practical experience.

This event also marked the first time the HKIC has welcomed a competitor from India, bringing fresh energy and new perspectives to the exchange platform. When facing demanding technical challenges, competitors actively observed, engaged in discussions, and exchanged insights on industry developments and technical standards, fully embodying the spirit of “Connecting through Skills and Learning through Competition”. Despite their diverse cultural backgrounds, the competitors shared a unified commitment to technical excellence, seamlessly utilising this cross-regional exchange to share insights and best practices.
