Have you ever made a wooden furniture by yourself?
The Hong Kong Institute of Construction has been launching a “Carpentry and Joinery Workshop” since January 2018 with a view to promoting the traditional craftsmanship to the public. Participants will not only have the opportunity to learn various wood techniques including mortise and tenon joints, sawing, gouging, shaving and etc, but also make a wooden item by themselves and enjoy the fun of wood carving.

Fee: $780 each / workshop (two lessons)

Important to Note:

All participants should be aged 18 or above and comply with the safety rules and instructions.
Enrollment would be confirmed upon the receipt of the payment. Please keep the receipt for record. All fees paid are not refundable.
The CIC reserves the right for all final decisions in relation to the workshop arrangements, and to make any changes at its sole and absolute discretion.
Prior notification will be given to participants in case of any changes to the workshop.
