HKIC participated in the "Education and Career Expo 2023" organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council from 2 - 5 Feb. The main theme and design of the booth this year was "Construction Technology". Advanced technology exhibits including Automatic Drilling & Anchor Installing Robot, InfoSmart Real Time Manpower Attendace in-site Record System, VR Safety Training Experience were showcased. HKIC programmes and the "Career Pathway Project" (CPP) were being introduced. Career Consultation was also provided at the booth.
Dr. Eric CHENG, Principal of KBC hosted a seminar "Embracing a New Era of Technology with appropriate learning agility" at the "Construction Theme Day - Exploring Construction" . WorldSkills award winners LAM, Man Chun and FUNG, Chun Yau were also invited to share their experience in another seminar session. There was also STEAM DIY workshop offered, allowing visitors to create exclusive souvenirs on the spot.
