Recognition
Full-time students who have completed the training and passed the Intermediate Trade Test may apply for registration as a 'Registered Semi-skilled Trade Worker' (Intermediate Trade Worker) under the Construction Workers Registration Ordinance. In addition, upon fulfilling the attendance and graduation requirements, students will be awarded the Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) Certificate (Qualifications Framework Level 3), as well as the Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and the Construction Industry (Specified Trade) Safety Training Certificate (Silver Card), where applicable.
This course is recognized by the Water Supplies Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as meeting the eligibility requirements for the first part of the licensed plumber application.
