Admission Requirement
- Proficient in communication in both Cantonese and English
- Capable of reading English
- Capable of writing English, AND
- Being a member of professional institution in an architectural, surveying, engineering, construction management, or construction-related discipline at member level; OR Holder of a bachelor's degree in an architectural, engineering or construction-related discipline from a recognized post-secondary education institution with at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry

Conditions of Certificate Award
‧ Achieve an 85% attendance rate and
‧ Pass the Final Assessment with a score of 60% or above
