This programme aims to train industry practitioners to apply ISO 19650 standards for BIM-based asset management. It covers the practical skills for managing the information across the asset lifecycle.

· Applicants must have completed a training programme in a BIM software or platform offered by Construction Industry Council (CIC), universities, or Authorized Training Centres of BIM software developers. Proof of completion in the form of a certificate or official letter showing the programme title, training provider, completion date, and training hours is required;

and

· Holder of Diploma in building/architectural studies, or structural/ mechanical/ electrical engineering/ quantity surveying, or other construction-related discipline, or equivalent qualification; with at least one year of work experience in construction or electrical & mechanical engineering or related industry;

or

Technician Trainee under the EMSD Technician Training Scheme.
