Curriculum
1. Use the core functions of Cubicost to perform quantity takeoff for architectural, structural, rebar, and mechanical and electrical elements.
2. Prepare Bill of Quantities within a 5D BIM environment to facilitate tender preparation.
Admission Requirement
- Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese
- Able to read and write in English
- Basic proficiency in BIM software operation is required
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the construction industry; candidates with experience in quantity take-off and measurement will be given priority
