Curriculum
This programme aims to equip construction practitioners with the knowledge required for MiC installation quality assurance (QA), site inspection and supervision in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) projects in Hong Kong. It covers the MiC installation quality assurance, site inspection and supervision practices throughout the MiC project lifecycle.
Admission Requirement
1) 18 years old or older (based on graduation date)
2) Higher Diploma in a construction-related subject; or equivalent
3) Speaks fluent Cantonese
4) Can communicate in Cantonese and English
5) Can read English
6) Can write English
7) Has 1 year of relevant work experience on construction sites
