This programme is designed to enable engineering technical supervisors, site representatives, site supervisors and site foremen to become familiar with the key clauses and stakeholder roles in civil engineering contracts. Participants will understand the legal and practical implications of these clauses, enabling them to effectively perform contract management.

1. At least 18 years of age;

2. Have completed Form 5 or above, or successfully completed a Qualifications Framework (QF) level 3 Diploma / Certificate programme or equivalent qualification;

3. Be able to communicate in Cantonese;

4. Be currently or previously employed as an engineering technical supervisor, site representative, site supervisor or forman; and

5. At least ONE years working experience in construction site.
