This programme aims to enhance the management staff of subcontractor the requisite knowledge and skills to improve their competence in project management and supervision works.

Module 3:Introduction of Construction Drawings and Contract Documents
Module 4:Construction Planning
Module 5:Construction Progress and Cost Control
Module 6:Introduction to ISO9000 Quality Management System
Module 7:Site Safety and Environmental Protection
Module 8:Safety Supervision in Construction Works
Module 9:Digital Engineering and Transformation
Module 10:Financial Control
Module 11:Human Resources Management
Module 12:Relevant Employment Legislations
Module 13:Site Guidance Techniques
Module 14:Experience Sharing on Sub-contract Works
Module 15:Final Assessment
(i) the requirement of completion of the “Project Management Training Series” for the application for registration and renewal of Register of Sub-contractors; and
(ii) CPD requirement of management staff for registration renewal,
under “Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme”.
2. Students who attended Modules 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12 of this programme will be granted the Completion Certificate of “Project Management Training Series for Sub-contractors” (PMSZ).
3. All Modules of this programme meet the CPD requirement of management staff for registration renewal under “Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme”.
Note:The content of Module 4-6, 8, 10-12 are same as “Project Management Training Series for Sub-contractors” course(PMSZ).
Module Exemption:
Under the following conditions, students will be granted a maximum of 21-hour of exemption:
‧ Students who completed any Module(s) of “Project Management Training Series for Sub-contractors” (PMSZ) offered by SPDC after 1 February 2016 can be exempted from the related Module(s) of this programme.
‧ Students who completed any Module(s) of this programme and obtained the CPD certificate within 3 years before joining this programme can be exempted from the related Module(s).
