Introduction of Construction Industry; Familiarization of Contract Documents; Measures to Secure and Monitor Payment of Wages to Workers; Employment Ordinance; Employees’ Compensation Ordinance; Ways to Claim Wages; MPF and Employees’ Rights; Personal Data(Privacy) Ordinance.
Admission Requirement
Obtain passess in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the HKCEE Examination; or obtain Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the HKDSE Examination; or equivalent qualification.(Priority will be given to the Labour Relations Officer currently working in government departments or the Housing Department or as Labour Officer for contractor or person with full-time work experience in human resources management.)
