"Non-Public Works Safety Training Promotion Scheme" aims to enhance the safety awareness and knowledge of personnel in the non-public works sector.

This course is covered under the scheme. In addition to meeting the course entry requirements, applicants must comply with the following conditions and submit a personal declaration via online application system:

1. The applicant must not have been involved in any public works projects for a minimum period of three (3) months immediately preceding the application date.
2. Applicants are allowed to participate in the scheme only once per year (calculated from the start date of their previous course) and repeat enrollments are not allowed.
3. Applicant should possess a valid “A12”.

*Public works projects include Architectural Services Department, Civil Engineering and Development Department, Drainage Services Department, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, Highways Department, and Water Supplies Department.
