1. This course has been recognized by the Commissioner for Labour under Section 4(2) of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Confined Spaces) Regulation.

Admission Requirement
1. Applicant should possess a “Certificate of Confined Space Competent Person” which will expire within 6 months or has expired for not more than 3 months.2. Applicant must be able to read and write simple Chinese or English.3. Applicant should be lawfully employable in Hong Kong, i.e. (a) Holder of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card; or (b) Person who is not subject to any conditions of stay in Hong Kong that he shall not take up any paid or unpaid employment in Hong Kong.
