(1) Supervisors or persons engaged in confined space supervision work (2) Applicant must be able to read and write simple Chinese or English (3) Applicant should be lawfully employable in Hong Kong, i.e. (a) Holder of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card; or (b) Person who is not subject to any conditions of stay in Hong Kong that he shall not take up any paid or unpaid employment in Hong Kong. (4) Applicant should possess a valid ‘Certificate of Certified Worker of Confined Spaces Operation’ issued on or after 30 November 2024 with validity time not less than 1 year at the time of enrolment.
