Admission Requirement
Applicants must be frontline site supervisory personnel (a verification letter signed by an authorized person of the employer is required), for example, site foremen.
1. 1. Be at least 21 years old on the course commencement date, able to communicate in Cantonese, read Chinese, and write Chinese.
2. 2. Hold a valid “Mandatory Basic Safety Training Courses ”(commonly known as ‘Green Card')
3. 3. Applicants must be persons who are legally employable in Hong Kong.
4. 4. Applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in construction site management.
5. 5. Must be nominated by the employer (a nomination letter signed by an authorized person of the employer is required).

Remarks
1. The Council has launched the “Certificate in Safety Training for Frontline Construction Supervisors” . Through this scheme, major construction?related companies or organizations can be accredited to provide safety training for frontline site supervisory staff. As one of the major training institutions for the construction industry in Hong Kong, the Academy has introduced a new safety training course and is participating in the above accreditation scheme. The course is designed for frontline supervisory personnel working in small and medium?sized enterprises within the construction industry.
2. Please note that this course is not equivalent to the 27-hour "Certificate of Safety Training for Site Management Staff (SMSZ)"
