In January 2026, the Student Development Department organised the lunchtime “Mindfulness — Mind Jar Workshop” at the Kowloon Bay and Sheung Shui campuses. The workshop aimed to help students manage stress effectively and promote mental well‑being. Participants learned to create personalised mind jars and experienced mindfulness techniques that fostered awareness and acceptance of their emotions. By practicing present‑moment awareness, participants were enabled to regain composure when facing academic and work pressures, alleviate negative feelings, and approach daily challenges with a more positive, resilient outlook.
