From 27 to 29 January 2026, the Student Development Department hosted the lunchtime programme “Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness Programme - Relaxation Session” at the Kowloon Bay, Sheung Shui, and Kwai Chung campuses. Aligned with the “4Rs Mental Health Charter”—Rest, Relaxation, Relationship and Resilience, the event offered staff and students an opportunity to pause, relax, and recharge amid busy schedules.

The event drew enthusiastic participation, attracting over 200 staff and students.  Guided by the instructors, participants learned how to use massage sticks for safe and effective release of deep muscle tension in stress-prone areas such as the neck, shoulders and back. They also acquired simple and practical self‑relief techniques to ease tension and fatigue in daily life.

We thank every participant for their engagement and willingness to share. We look forward to seeing you at future events as we continue to support everyone’s well‑being.
